From June 1 to June 2, Wang Jianqiu, Yizhang County Party Secretary, dispatched the project construction of Hunan International Tourism Festival in China in 2019. He stressed that scientific dispatch should be made to solve difficulties, speed up construction, and complete the construction of the tourism festival project on schedule with quality and quantity.

In Liyuan Town, Yanquan Town and Yiliu Town, Wang Jianqiu inspected the urban and rural environmental sanitation improvement along 107 national highway.

Wang Jianqiu emphasized that the townships along 107 National Highway should strengthen urban and rural environmental hygiene renovation, strengthen beautification, brightening, greening and ordering along national highways, and focus on the regulation of illegal acts such as road occupation, super-facade management and vehicle parking disorderly, so as to create a clean and tidy urban environment.

At the construction site of Dongjiang Hot Spring Resort and Dongyang Highway Project in Yiliu Town, Wang Jianqiu inspected the progress of the projects.

Wang Jianqiu pointed out that since the start of the project construction, despite the continuous rainy weather, the project owners have overcome difficulties, reversed the schedule and catch up with the progress to ensure that the project effectively and orderly progress.

In the Yanziyan Scenic Area of Tiantang Town, Wang Jianqiu had a detailed understanding of the progress of the project. He pointed out that Yanziyan Scenic Area has superior geographical location advantages, as well as unique natural ecological environment, with a large space for the development of tourism resources. The project side should plan scientifically and rationally, develop tourism culture, increase investment in tourism facilities construction, guide local people to actively develop farmhouse entertainment, residential accommodation and so on, so that tourists can fully enjoy the high-quality tourism services of sightseeing, entertainment, accommodation, shopping and so on. At the same time, the project could increase local people's income, improve people's living standards and help them overcome poverty.

Subsequently, Wang Jianqiu also inspected the the environmental sanitation renovation, brightening project, the situation of Xiling Village in Mangshan Yao nationality township, and the river management project along Huangmang Highway.

Wang emphasized that township, village cadres and relevant departments should attach great importance to and take active action to make overall planning and make distinctive features in light of their actual situation; should strengthen supervision of rural housing construction, and resolutely crack down on illegal buildings particularly ; should vigorously clean up neglected corners, eliminate debris and make the environment of villages and roads clean and tidy.

At the reconstruction site of Mangshan Natural Museum and Mangshan Hotel, Wang requested that we should lock in the target of construction period, invert time, scientific dispatch and accelerate the construction of the project; should strengthen the awareness of safety and quality, strictly control the construction quality and safety, and establish quality consciousness, so as to ensure the open operation before the festival.
